Hay Guys, Tsume here. I would like ya'll to fill out this form below. And once you are done. Just sit back relax and just wait for your character to be accepted. If your character isn't accepted and you go post him/her anyways. Oh boy, you better be ready for what happens. Cause the staff and I will see what is your punishment is.
